Each step unlocks the next: no registration means no number, and no number means no uniform order.
Before anything else, complete your registration on Teaming for the season ahead. Your acceptance confirmed the ‘Squad’ your player has been selected for — see your welcome email for the full steps.
Registering means club-wide correspondence can reach you and keep you informed as we get the season started.
Once you're registered, email admin@southerntigers.com.au with your player's full name, age group and year of birth and we'll allocate a number.
We can't assign a number to a player profile until registration is complete, and you'll need your number before ordering a uniform — so this is the next thing to sort.
We've phased out the Blackchrome uniforms and are required to be wearing the Apelle uniform (via our Apelle Store). Keep this in mind when considering second-hand uniform options.
Once your number's confirmed, order the reversible singlet + shorts through our Apelle Store.
Not sure on sizing? There's a size run to try on in the foyer at Morphett Vale Basketball Stadium, available during all opening hours and training times.
Alert your Team Manager and Coach. They'll work with the Committee and other volunteers to coordinate a loan kit, or seek a written exemption from Basketball South Australia to get your player started.
First session details for your squad / age group should already be in your registered email.
Further training schedules will come from your Age Group Coordinator, Coach or Team Manager via WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is the platform used within Tigers teams and is where day-to-day info lands.

Every family takes a turn on the score table across the season (except the Coach's and Team Manager's families). No experience needed — we'll support you on the score bench.
We run a scoring training session before the season starts, so watch this space for additional dates.
First one: Sun 11 Oct, afternoonEligible members may be entitled to claim the $100 Government Sports Voucher. All members can claim 2 × $100 vouchers for every school-aged child (Reception – Year 9).
Fill in the claim form and enter the bank account you'd like your refund paid into. Once your voucher is processed, our Treasurer refunds you.
Submit the 2026 Sports Voucher Claim Form with your chosen bank account.
The club submits vouchers to the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing once every week.
Once processed and approved, the government credits the club.
Our Treasurer then refunds the amount to your chosen bank account.
Please allow 4–5 weeks for this process to complete. The government has to process and approve each voucher and credit the club before our Treasurer can refund you.
